Tax

Taxation is one our key sectors of expertise and we offer comprehensive tax advisory in both direct and indirect taxation.

We have represented national and international banks, lenders, foreign investors, and institutional investors as well.

We also represent and counsel clients for dispute resolution and offer restructuring and refinancing services as well.
